Hester is insighting trouble all over the house. She’s admitting that she has no loyalty to anyone. To the face of Chanel she is a suck up. To everyone else she’s out for her own agenda. She wants to supplant others and make her way to the top, that is clear. She has no problem betraying those that she supposedly looks up to.

One of the things that I noticed in this episode was that some of the jokes are being reused. Yes, they are done more in the callback fashion. Yet, there were some that just happened a little too frequently. The jokes about them not eating keep coming up. yes, it is something that they can twist a little each time. However, it’s starting to feel too familiar.
The other highlight is Mr. Chad Radwell. He’s positively hilarious. His speech at the opening of the episode was so meta and hilarious that I loved it. Also the fact that we learned even more people had slept with Chad was less surprising and more funny.
The maze scene had a lot of tension. In fact, it probably had some of the most tension that we’ve seen with the Red Devil largely because we weren’t sure where he would pop up. Yes, it was absolutely ridiculous that Roger and Dodger decided that Chanel #5 had to choose one of them while their lives were on the line only helped raise the tension. As the Red Devil got closer things became more tense. However, the way the scene ended ultimately felt anti-climactic. Though the final image of the victim in the snow drift was fantastic.
The group looking for Zayday ran across the lair of the Red Devil. His masks were everywhere. Torture tools littered the place. most importantly we saw where Zayday was being kept only we didn’t see her. Stupid logic was abound though. After tasing the Red Devil rather than getting others to come to them, Denise went to the others leaving someone alone with the killer. It was the kind of ridiculous I’ve come to expect from the show. However, I have to wonder on occasion which bad choices are part of the shows humor and which are just dumb.
The final reveal of the episode made perfect sense after last week’s reveal.
What did you think of the episode?
You are kidding right? The maze scene was awful. The 3 “actors” can’t act. There was zero tension it neither worked as a funny scene or a suspenseful scene.
